Records have been broken on 2 levels. The first Andy hold has smashed the previous record of 16lbs in 4 weeks by achieving 20lbs lost in 3 WEEKS! Right behind him David on 18lbs, Tara on 17lbs, Jackie on 17lbs and Stacey on 16lbs so we have 4 record breakers

In recent study clinical research showed decreases in total abdominal fat, subcutaneous abdominal fat (under the skin), and blood triglycerides (blood fats) in people consuming a green tea beverage containing 625 mg of catechins and 39 mg of caffeine).

You may need to lose weight for a special occasion and you may of discovered that eating only 800 calories a day can give you quick results, then after the special occasion has past your resort back to your “old ways” However these types of diets promise big weight loss in a short amount of time, but it cuts our macronutrients like carbohydrates and fats, which is very bad for your metabolism and unbalances your hormones.
